Caffe Sicilia – Photographing an Italian Cafe in Gloucester

Paul Cary Goldberg is a photographer based in Gloucester, Mass. From 2007 to 2012, he has been photographing the patrons of the city’s Caffe Sicilia, frequented by many of the local Sicilian community.

    I have met Paul Goldberg at Caffe’ Sicilia a few years ago, he has connected so incredibly deeply with the Italian community in Gloucester. He is the silent photographer who looks through the lens and documents, his photographs depict the Italian community with great sensitivity and talent.
