Every year since 2009, Pascal Gangi of Revere has put together a float for the Fisherman’s Feast of the North End. A student at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Gangi follows the traditional float-making techniques he has learned spending summers in his hometown of Sciacca, Sicily. A&L Italian Bakery in East Boston has been running since 1978, when Amedeo and Rita Gnerri bought the building on 330 Sumner Street. Now their son Tony runs the bakery, maintaining the family tradition.
