Every year since 2009, Pascal Gangi of Revere has put together a float for the Fisherman’s Feast of the North End. A student at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Gangi follows the traditional float-making techniques he has learned spending summers in his hometown of Sciacca, Sicily.
