The Coro-Dante, New England’s only all-Italian repertory chorus, will begin their sixth season this fall.

Anyone — Sopranos, Altos, Tenors and Basses — interested in singing in Italian is welcome to come learn more.

The first rehearsal will be September 24, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Dante Alighieri Society in Cambridge. The Coro will be practicing for the opening event of the Italian-American Heritage Month — a short concert of four pieces, to be sung at the State House on October 1st at 10:30 a.m. Rehearsals for the Christmas program will start on October 8 and continue every Monday until the concert on December 16.

New members are always welcome. For more information check out their website http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/CORO-DANTE/ as well as the Bostonsings webpage: http://www.bostonsings.org/directory/corodante.htm
