Gov. Patrick’s Daughter Marries Italian

On Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011, Gov. Deval Patrick officiated at his daughter Sarah’s wedding with Marco Morgese, who studied economics and commerce at the Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza before serving in the Italian Army. Sarah Baker Patrick, 24, is a graduate of New York University with a degree in cinema studies and philosophy.

The private ceremony was held in Western Massachusetts, but the family has plans to celebrate the wedding next summer.
